The Company:
Our client, Canada's most innovative and successful Life Insurance carriers, and a world leader financial services, requires a Senior Life Marketing Representative (Life Insurance Wholesaler) for their growing Ontario operation.
The Role: As a Senior Life Marketing Representative (Life Insurance Wholesaler), you will be responsible for:
- The promotion of Life Insurance products throughout a designated sales territory and assisting in the achievement of sales targets
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with a group of highly successful insurance brokers and MGA's
- Assisting the brokerage distribution channel with identifying sales opportunities within their blocks of business
- Creating and promoting top of mind presence of the product offering through innovative concepts, presentations and educational seminars
- The successful execution of the sales and marketing strategy
- Providing exemplary service to the distribution channel
- Building excellent long term relationships with advisor channel
- Acting as a key liaison for broker inquiries and attending various industry functions
The Qualifications: As the ideal candidate you possess:
- Minimum 5 years life insurance wholesaling experience in either an MGA or direct distribution channel
- A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
- Relevant industry designation (RHU, CLU, CFP, or CH.FC) required
- Undergraduate degree is required, preferably in Business, Math Sciences or Economics
- Experience in a demanding marketing environment
- Exemplary presentation and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and qualifications our client is offering a very competitive six figure package with a base of $75-$80k + bonus, benefits and pension.
