The Client: A large Canadian Mutual Fund company with a focus on high-end brokers requires an Inside Wholesaler to join their growing team.
The Role: As the Inside Wholesaler you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with an existing group of brokers
- Focusing on the developing new business relationships with high-end brokers within the IDA community
- The development and execution of sales and marketing strategies as it pertains to targeting high-end/sophisticated brokers
- Acting as a key liaison for broker inquiries and attending various industry functions as required
- Achieving sales targets
- Contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team
The Qualifications: As the ideal candidate you possess:
- A Minimum 3 years wholesaling experience in a retail IDA distribution channel
- A demonstrable track record of success in inside mutual fund sales
- A sound understanding of hedge fund products and other sophisticated investments a definite asset
- An ability to focus on and relate to high-end brokers
- An excellent ability to build long term relationships with clients
- A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
- Are a adept at managing lengthy sales cycles
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and qualifications our client is offering a very competitive salary of $60-$70k + bonus and benefits.
